The Law “On Joint Investment Institutions (mutual and corporate funds)” adopted in 2001 and the Law “On Non-State Pension Provision” in 2003 opened up the following opportunities for founding a company: asset management of joint investment institutions and asset management of non-governmental pension funds.

CJSC AMC APF DOVIRA-CAPITAL was founded in 2003.

In 2011, CJSC AMC APF DOVIRA-CAPITAL changed its legal form to PJSC AMC DOVIRA-CAPITAL (further – DOVIRA-CAPITAL)

In 2003, the company received a license from the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market AB No. 581071 for managing the assets of institutes for joint investment and managing assets of non-state pension funds.

Since 2003, DOVIRA-CAPITAL has been a member of the Ukrainian Investment Business Association

In 2004, the Non-State Pension Fund “DOVIRA-UKRAINE” was founded whose investors were industrial plants in the dairy and metal processing industries. More than 300 citizens of Ukraine became participants in the fund.

Since 2004, DOVIRA-CAPITAL has been a member of the National Association of Non-State Pension Funds of Ukraine and Administrators of Non-State Pension Funds

For the purpose of investment activity in 2005, the MCNVIF “DOVIRA-INVESTMENTS” was created

In 2005, DOVIRA-CAPITAL was included in the State Register of Financial Institutions

Since 2012, in the management of company there is one more fund of MCNVIF “ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS”

In 2018, DOVIRA-CAPITAL entered into an asset management agreement with OJSC CNCIF BUSINESS ACTIV

In 2019, DOVIRA-CAPITAL entered into an asset management agreement with JSC CNVCIF SAFARIS
